Notice of Annual General Meeting
Carloway Community Association AGM will be held at 7pm, on Tuesday 22nd June 2021 by Zoom.
We do appreciate this may not be an option for some members of the Association. However, we still want as many people as possible to take part – in one way or another.
We would encourage family groups and households to come together to Zoom (within the most current Scottish Government advice of course) – so Zoom enthusiasts can help others take part!
To make the CCA AGM as inclusive and as transparent as possible under the current restrictions, CCA commit to:
- Making available to CCA members all the relevant AGM documents prior to the AGM. These will be emailed to members who have notified us of their email address. For those members who don’t have access to email, we will deliver hard copies;
- Making available all the relevant AGM documents prior to the AGM no non-members of CCA on request;
- Encouraging CCA members and others to submit questions or comments for the AGM, by email to email@example.com, by hard copy (via Shop) or by phone call to 01851 643720; and
- Facilitating members without access to Zoom to take part in the AGM, where we can under Government guidelines current at the time.
Please note, only people joining via the Zoom meeting will be regarded as being “in attendance” for the purpose of the meeting being quorate and for the minutes.
If you would like to participate in the Zoom AGM, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or let us know at the Shop and we will send you the link to the meeting nearer the time.
If you would like to ask any questions about the work of the Association at the AGM, or at any other time, please do not hesitate to contact Mairi Steele at email@example.com or by phone on 643 739 or 07522 767 850.
